SCPRD ONLINE RULES AND REGULATIONS MANUAL (Updated August 2023) The online version of the SCPRD Rules and Regulations Manual has been updated on our website. PARK RULES The Sumter County Parks and Recreation Department has implemented a policy in reference to reserving their public parks. A facility use application must be completed 24 hours in advance of reserving park(s), and a small fee will be charged.
